LugNut Jr. has racing in his blood, the only son of Charlotte Motor Speedways World Famous LugNut and Irwindale Event Center's very own Racing Mascot. He is the master of the Motorized victory Doughnut and supreme shooter of Special T-Shirts.
LugNut Jr. or just plain old "Lug!" as the Irwindale Event Center staff refers to him as is one of the hardest-working individuals in the racing business. His race day begins very early (around 6am if he hasn't been out late on a personal appearance the night before) with stretching exercises such as yoga, aerobic calisthenics, weight lifting and a 5-mile run capped off with a couple hours at the rifle range getting the windage adjusted on his unique CO2-powered "T-Shooter". Not much for words, LugNut Jr. can say more with a tilt of the head, or a quick "thumbs-up", than many might be able to do with a 10-minute speech. Everyone loves him and he loves the Irwindale Event Center racing fan families more than anything. If he could speak, this motorized maven of motor sports would want to say that all the fans are invited to meet with him at each and every Saturday night soiree at Irwindale Event Center. Just watch for that nut-shaped head, those cool racing gloves, those hot racing kicks, a colorful cape and his mile-wide smile.
