Irwindale Speedway and Formula Drift partner for
AFTER-PARTY at the House of Drift.
Irwindale Speedway, in partnership with Formula Drift, is pleased to announce that on Sunday, October 24th, the stars of Drift will invade the Burnout Box at Irwindale Speedway. The first of it’s kind event will be known as the “Formula Drift AFTER-PARTY at the House of Drift”.

“We could not be more excited about welcoming the Formula Drift Pro Drivers to the Burnout Box at Irwindale Speedway” says Irwindale Speedway President Tim Huddleston. “The format for the event will see Fans receiving an intimate motorsports experience that we at Irwindale Speedway believe will be a highlight event for our amazing Drift fanbase.” The “AFTER-PARTY” will take place on the day after Formula Drift’s season finale “Title Fight”, set for Saturday, October 23rd on the famed drift course at Irwindale’s 1/2 mile and 1/3 mile oval.

In addition to drift demos by Formula Drift pro teams, Irwindale Burnout Box regulars will also have an opportunity to showcase their stuff to the drift crowd. “Our Burnout Box fans and participants are some of the most passionate motorsport enthusiasts I have ever seen. So it only felt right to be able to provide them with the opportunity to showcase their skills on a grand stage” says Huddleston.
Burnout Box participants for the “AFTER-PARTY” will be invite-only. Open Auditions will be held as a part of Thursday Night Thunder at Irwindale’s Burnout Box on October 7th , October 14th , and October 21st. Drivers who are invited to participate in the “AFTER-PARTY” showcase will receive a Golden Ticket that will be presented to them in front of the Thursday night crowd. Only those with golden tickets will be eligible for participation in the “AFTER-PARTY”.

General admission tickets for the Formula Drift AFTER-PARTY at the House of Drift will go on sale next week.
