IS&EC Welcomes IDS Real Estate Group as New Lessor
IRWINDALE, September 22, 2022 – Irwindale Speedway & Event Center would like to welcome our new multi-year partner, IDS Real Estate Group. IDS has recently acquired the 63-acre property on which Irwindale Speedway and Irwindale Dragstrip are located.
“On behalf of the entire Irwindale Speedway &Event Center team, I would like to welcome IDS Real Estate Group to these hallowed grounds.” Said Irwindale Speedway President Tim Huddleston. “The feedback and support we have received from them throughout the process has been great and we look forward to our continued operation of the Irwindale Speedway and Irwindale Dragstrip for years to come”
Irwindale Speedway & Event Center has been the lessee of the property at 500 Speedway Dr. since 2018, operating Irwindale Speedway and Irwindale Dragstrip, promoting over 100 events per year including stock car racing, drag racing, burnout box, drifting and the annual Santa’s Speedway Christmas Lights Drive-Thru.
